Auto Repair in Mohnton, PA You Can Trust.

No BS, No Excuses: Hands down the best roadside service in Berks/Lancaster County! Look, the facts don't lie. When you search Google or community boards like Nextdoor at 3:00 AM, half the big companies won’t answer, and the other half will tell you it’s "too late" to help. But if you look on Facebook, everyone who actually knows this area will tell you to call L.U.D Truck and Auto Repair. Here is a real-life example of why they are the absolute #1 highest-rated mobile repair service around: An out-of-town tractor-trailer driver was on a layover at a truck stop outside of Reading. He spent a few hours having some dinner and drinks at the Outback Steakhouse bar. At closing time, he walked out to his rig only to find a completely flat tire. He couldn't go anywhere. After getting rejected by other local services who said it was too late, he found LUD on Facebook. He called at 3:30 in the morning. The phone rang twice. "LUD Transportation. This is Jim. Good morning, how can I help you?" Within 30 minutes, an LUD mobile unit was on-scene. No excuses, no delays. At 3:30 AM, they swapped a fresh commercial tire onto that rig and got him back on the road so fast it made his head spin. Even crazier? The entire emergency roadside call cost him less than what he had just spent on his dinner and drinks at Outback. If you want to talk about integrity, honesty, and pure professionalism, LUD is unmatched. From light personal cars to heavy commercial diesel trucks, they don't care what time it is—they just come out and fix it. Big shoutout to Jim for being awake, alert, and way too chipper at 3:00 AM. You got a driver home to his family for the weekend. God bless LUD!

Brought in my Nissan for an oil change and I must say the service was prompt, professional, and greatly priced. They advised me on best practices for keeping my vehicle in top shape! I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a mechanic to work on my Ford Edge, which had recently been giving off a warning about checking the power or something. Weird and hadn't ever done that before. I read the reviews for L.U.D. and decided to call up and see if they had the time to take a look. Spoke to Jim, then Brad and was set up to have them come get my suv the next morning. This was on a Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning, they get to my house and off to the shop they go with the Edge, with a promise to call by lunch to mid afternoon. Brad called around lunch, told me what they were able to find and gave me my estimate. I gave the ok for the work to be done and hung up. I couldn't have asked for better pricing or information. Between Jim, Brad & Jimmy, I know that I've found the last mechanic shop I'll ever need. These guys took care of me and my Edge (Zoom) like I was part of the family. The price was more than fair and they had Zoom there less than 24 hours. So far so good, no weird power issues or dimming lights. I'm happy to say that if Zoom needs anything else, I know where I'll be going. Thanks L.U.D for restoring a little bit of faith in humanity. I appreciate the honesty and core values everyone there showed me. I'll be back, next time, with cookies. Thanks again, Serenity
